Questions about cold water installations
Should I replace old galvanised pipes?
Old galvanised steel pipes rust from the inside, which causes low pressure, discoloured water and leaks. Replacing them usually fixes all three.
Can you fit a main stopcock so I can turn off the water?
Yes. We fit main and isolating valves so the water can be shut off quickly in an emergency or for repairs.
